Return, Exchange and Warranty
At Sharaf DG your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not. Satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items. Within 15 days for either exchange or refund subject to the Following terms and conditions
* Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original condition, and with the invoice.
* In case of a manufacturing defect or fault, return or exchange is allowed within 30 days of purchase with a technical report from the authorized agent.
*Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts (if any).
*Discounted or non-returnable items cannot be returned.
*Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
Cash / Bank Transfer: within 2–7 working days after inspection.
Credit Card / Installments: as per bank or installment provider’s policy.
*Free return shipping applies for defective products or errors from Sharaf DG.
*For change of mind, customer bears return shipping cost.
*Orders can be canceled within 7 days if not yet shipped.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to EGYPT for one year from the date of this invoice except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the product(s) or mentioned on Sharaf DG invoice.
Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand ownder/supplier and Sharaf DG is a facilitator only.
Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.
Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
Warranty is applicable within the limits of Egypt only, unless specified.
Software malfunctioning, accidental damages (such as drops, spills & liquid immersion) and defects arising out of natural calamities will not be covered under replacement.
If an out of warranty or damaged unit is given for repairs and the estimate is not approved by customer, diagnosis charges will be applicable.
During Warranty Claim process , Its Customer responsibility to collect back the item within max of 2 months from delivery date , After this period Sharaf DG has the right of complete Authority of the product without any financial Claims or product replacement to customer
