How many days does it take for order delivery within the Cairo / Giza and Alex?
It takes 48 business hours to deliver the order within Cairo and Giza all products purchased from Sharaf DG are covered.
For Alexandria 48 business hours for all products except fridge / Freezer / cooker / washing machine / dishwasher / Air conditions / big home appliances / TVs. And all big appliances and TVs for Alexandria will be delivered in 96 business hours.
In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
What are the shipping charges for delivery within the Cairo / Giza and Alex?
Free delivery on the purchase of 500 EGP and above, below 499 EGP purchase shipping charges will be applicable For Cairo/Giza (EGP 25), Alex (EGP 30)
Do you deliver products on Fridays and holidays?
Yes, if you purchase more than 20,000 EGP. Worth of home appliances and TVs.
What are the Payment Options available for placing an order?
We offer you Pay Now (Debit/Credit Card Payment) and Pay Later (Cash on Delivery) payment options and (Debit/Credit Card Payment on delivery)
What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?
All products sold on www.egypt.sharafdg.com are available for home delivery
Orders are available for Store Pickup at the below Sharaf DG Store Locations with additional Gift voucher benefits on Telecom / IT / Gaming / Photo / accessories / personal care/ Small domestics appliances and TVs up to 49 inches.

Products that are not available for Store Pickup are:

48 hours’ delivery promise is not applicable on online purchase.
What are the terms and conditions of 48 hours’ delivery promise?
48 hours’ delivery promise form to be filled.
Applicable only in Giza area.
Registration of email ID and mobile number is mandatory.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact you and no answer which resulted that product not delivered, you will not be entitled to get the product free.
If delivery team visited the address mentioned by the customer and didn’t find the customer at the address, email will be sent to the customer unsuccessful delivery attempt. And you will not be entitled to get the product free.
48 hours’ delivery promise not applicable on Friday and holidays.
48 hours Delivery Promise is not applicable during major promotions and Customers are not entitled to Get the Item as free.
48 hours’ delivery promise means delivery will be done within 48 business hours.
In case of unsuccessful delivery within 48 hours, customer has to reschedule the delivery as per the available delivery slots.
Get up to 250 EGP worth of Gift vouchers if you buy online / App. And pick up at the store. What are the terms and conditions?
Customer has to register on online / App.
Customer has to complete successful transaction.
At the time of transaction, Gift voucher value will appear if you select to pick the product from the store.
Free gift voucher will be issued at the time of pick up and can be used on the next in store purchase.

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
