Store Pickup:

Orders are available for Store Pickup at the below Sharaf DG Store Locations  on Telecom / IT / Gaming / Photo / accessories / personal care/ Small domestics appliances and TVs up to 49 inches.

  • Mall of Egypt.

Products that are not available for Store Pickup are:

  • Refrigerators
  • Televisions of screen size 50” and above
  • Washing Machines

  • Other Large Appliances delivered directly by Sharaf DG.

What is the return policy for products purchased on www.egypt.sharafdg.com?

Standard 14 Days return policy from the date of purchase applies as per the Egyptian law of Consumer rights. In addition, product must be in sellable condition with complete package.

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our customer care on 02-36121071 or writing to us at customercare_eg1@eg.sharafdg.com

What happens if I am not at home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the scheduled day of delivery.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).
