Switch on the steam function if you want to froth milk for a cappuccino. To do so, pour some cold milk in a jug and hold it underneath the steam wand. The machine automatically indicates when you need to descale it, and it'll even help you with it. Thanks to the AquaClean water filter, though, you won't need to do this very often. The water filter largely prevents the formation of limescale.
