Return, Exchange and Warranty

At Sharaf DG your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not. Satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items. Within 15 days for either exchange or refund subject to the Following terms and conditions

1 “You can exchange the product within 14 days, only the product is Brand new, in a re-sellable condition &the consumables (example:Cartridges, CDs or DVDs) and accessories (cables,Charger, batteries,(Are still sealed and have all the packing(Considering article 3) based on that, exchange or refund can Be granted within 14 days from the date of purchase”

2 “A-mobile phone, laptop computer (laptop, pad …) all types of cameras. Hygienic items (beard Hair care items, dental care items) are Not subject to any exchange or refund, unless there Is apparent defect within 14 days”

3 Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for refund & Exchange 4 Any product purchased within 14 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications will be Exchanged/Refunded after the investigation/technical report The process can take up to 15 days

5 Any Items subject to home delivery will be exchanged or refunded based on above mentioned conditions – only after receiving as written confirmation of collection or non delivery of the items by our supplier. In case the products home delivered to the customer , the customer has to sign that he received the product in a good condition after being checked. In Case of major domestic appliances / Audio Video items like ( fridges , washing machine , cookers, TV , Home theatre …etc.) manufactory defect no refund or exchange will be made without technical report from supplier. In case there are external defect , no refund or exchange will be done as long as the customer has signed that he received it in a good condition after being checked.

6 Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

7 If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.

8 Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
9 “Refund will be made in cash for items paid by cash Refund will be made through credit card for items paid by credit Refund will be made through Sharaf DG Gift card for items paid by Sharaf DG Gift card”

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1 The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to EGYPT for one year from the date of this invoice except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the product(s) mentioned on Sharaf DG invoice.

2 Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and Sharaf DG is a facilitator only and Retaining all our rights as a retailer.

3 There is no warranty without proof of Purchase and in case product was not assembled by the agent.

4 Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.

5 Software malfunctioning, accidental damages (such as drops, spills & liquid immersion) and defects arising out of natural calamities will not be covered under replacement.

6 If an out of warranty or damaged unit is given for repairs and the estimate is not approved by customer, diagnosis charges will be applicable
